Money moves when both sides say yes.

No upfront charges, no handing cash to strangers. Here's when renters are charged, what owners earn, and how the money reaches your bank.

01

Request first, charged on acceptance

Your card is saved securely with Stripe when you send a request, and charged automatically only when the owner accepts. Nothing moves before a two-sided yes. If the bank declines or asks for authentication, you get a 30-minute window to fix it while your dates hold.
02

What owners keep

Owners keep 90% of every booking. Your earnings release to your Cache balance once the return is confirmed - that confirmation is what starts the payout, so confirm returns promptly.
03

Withdrawals

Withdraw your balance to your bank any time from Payments. Transfers typically take up to 5 business days to land. Payout accounts are set up once, through Stripe's secure onboarding.
04

Where your card lives

Card and bank details are encrypted with Stripe and never touch Cache servers. You can replace or disconnect the card on file - and manage your payout account - from Payments.
